The game is all about the exploration and survival in the secluded world. So you can join a squadron and help your captain to roam free. You can explore the lands using speeder and shoot the enemies using defense shield.

Stranded Sails - Explorers of the Cursed Islands is a sci-fi themed top down arcade strategy game. You play as a captain in a spaceship who has lost contact with the Zetu. The game is divided into 2 parts: A tutorial and then combat missions. Combat missions may be more challenging but are necessary to progress until you eventually get into the tutorial missions. The tutorial missions teach you the basics of the game and once the rest of the game is mastered the combat missions should be a cinch. In the tutorial missions you start with a single ship but after collecting enough Zetu's you gain access to more ships.The spaceship shear is controlled by the left mouse button. Most enemy's have to be killed quickly as they can inflict damage over time. The ships on each side of the player's main ship must be kept separate and you can't get into the combat area unless you solve a puzzle where the other ship are trapped in a star. The star moves and you need to trap it in other space.

In this top-down-strategy game, you become the captain of your very own spaceship, stranded on an alien world with no rescue. The only things you have to worry about are maintenance of your ship, refueling and dealing with the surrounding hostile environment. Apply your strategy and tactics to succeed in rescuing your stranded captain and crew. Remember that flying in enemy territory can be dangerous: You can be attacked by one of the many, many dangerous creatures on this planet. To be able to control or attack those enemies, you must be able to control your ship and be able to earn the necessary Credits.
