I am looking to acquire a Flexid server. I have downloaded the Flexid Server from their site. I have already tried installing their flexid software but it does not seem to be working for me. I get an error message saying I do not have a license key or Flexid server dongle. I have no idea how to go about fixing that problem or even install it. I guess it is because I don't have a license key and the Flexid dongle software does not work on my Win Vista 32 bit computer. Can someone help me?
This is working great on my 64-bit system. After the installation, go to the directory that you installed the license manager into, in there is a flexid directory, run the Flexid_dongle_driver_installer_64.exe. When the dongle driver is installed and Orcad is installed, restart the machine.
Once the drivers are installed, uninstalled the license manager, and restart Orcad. If that doesnt work, open Orcad, click on the Licence Manager icon, and then click on the Installation Manager, and follow the instructions.
After installation, I tried installing yesterday, couldn't get the hasp keys to be recognized by the license manager. I even tried with win 7 drivers from alladin. Is there a specific order to doing an install, and what do I need to do to get a complete removal of the software to try installation of hasp drivers and orcad from scratch.
When I input a trial key, it says that the license key does not match. I have the same trial key in two computers. And one is not able to download because it says that the license key is not matching.
The trial key you are using expires in five days and at that time, you will no longer be able to install or use orcad. Please contact OrCAD customer service (http://www.orcad.com/support/) for additional information.
