Just 2.0 is good but there are some things that need to be fixed and changed:1.The game with this mod crashes after completing the level.2.Improve all the original textures to 4k resolution using Topaz gigapixel. (because some textures are not replaced, hires textures look great, but somehow not very)3.Make improved NPC models as in 1.0 (not from avp 2010 because avp 2010 it's not avp 3 it's just a remake of this game, and also please make an original but improved xenoborg model) weapons and objects.4.Make new sounds: weapons, NPCs, etc.5.Leave the locations as usual:Marine campaign: Mission 3 "Invasion" (remove the hive), Mission 4 "Orbital" (remove the 2nd predator ship)Predator campaign: Mission 1 "Waterfall" (leave the beginning of the location as in the original), leave spawn NPCs in all missions (from redux).6.Remove additional maps from 2.0 in the skirmish mode.(The additional maps are good, but some of them have bugs)7.New HUD modelsBy the way you can leave avp 2 models and also the textures of the space from redux.I won't rush you, I want you to understand.

Yes, it's basically true to the originals in that you will experience a narrative from three massively different perspectives, from the viewpoint of the three main species in the game, and you'll be able to go through each individual campaign as you like, at will.We obviously want to encourage people to play all three perspectives to the fullest, basically to experience all the crossovers that happen. It's something we're trying to really build into the experience, so that you might pass through an area as a marine that you've already seen as the predator. That really adds to the fear factor, knowing that the creature will be there stalking you. There's an awful lot of effort gone into making this aspect really special.

It follows on from the source material and it references that sort of thing, yeah. It's basically set 30 years after Aliens3. The Weyland-Yutani corporation are still very much a part of the universe at this point and they are exploring a recently colonised planet called BG386. During this expedition they come across an artifact, lo and behold, into which they send an expedition party. However, they aren't the only guys that are interesting in this.This is entirely consistent with the long-standing view of what Aliens vs Predator is all about: the predators as this honourable species using the aliens to test themselves, while the humans see it as something to be exploited, which goes all the way back to the original comics.

It depends on what character you're playing as, but also on what part of a mission you're on.Across the species there's always going to be a different feel. If you consider what it's like to be a predator, or what you as the player would want to experience as one, lie's a creature with honour, who wants worthy opponents, who's presented with a scenario and has to succeed. He's going to use a variety of tactics in order to achieve said goal. At one point that might require stealth and at another it might need just pure balls-out action.We're looking to give the player a real series of emotions, not just across the species but also during individual encounters - as the predator you're the hunter, as the marine you're the hunted, and as a xenomorph you're just a nasty little bastard, which, frankly, is exactly as it should be.

After Predator 2 took you to the city slums and Alien vs. Predator 1 and 2 took you to a campfest, Predators takes you back to the exotic and mysterious feel of the jungle, where a group of mercenaries, soldiers, criminals and doctors mysteriously lands in a jungle located on the planet inhabited by the Predator creatures. They become prey of those aliens in a deadly hunting game and they need to join forces to destroy the creatures and escape the planet. Like the original Predator movie, this sequel is action-packed with a scary sci-fi element to it. The plot is intriguing and fast-paced; you won't see much fillers or subplots in this movie - just to-the-point and non-stop action. The parts where each of the group members attempt to survive and escape the Predators' grasp provides heart-pounding excitement, and the personal agenda and secret background of each character give the film suspenseful surprises. Nimród Antal did a fine job directing and the writing team provided a pretty solid script. The jungle setting gives you an eerie, exotic and mysterious outer-planet feel, and the design for the classic Predator and the new Predator creatures are creepy, but spectacular. A main issue I have with the movie is the cast. Though OK overall, the characters weren't as memorable or impressive as in the original Predator movie and I thought Adrian Brody was terribly miscast as Royce. His over-exerting Batman-style voice and macho image wasn't too convincing for me, though he did make a good effort. Royce's group overall wasn't as heroic or courageous as Dutch's group in the original movie. And, the second issue ***spoiler ahead*** was that I thought the movie was anti-climatic and left too much plot-threads hanging at the end. Overall, it doesn't surpass the original Predator movie in entertainment and quality, but miles ahead of the other Predator and Alien vs. Predator sequels in the genre. Grade B-

First off I'm a huge predator fan. I love this film. It gives a great take on the predator hunted theme which is basically the same story every generation, and also a smart remake. Great cast every performance hits the write mark and the script does everything it should without any fluff. The ever evolving Predator works perfectly with some great updates. It's a shame Rodriguez didn't follow this on cause that I would have wanted to see. I can see why some fans weren't happy, especially with the Fishburn character but for me it's all very good. 2b1af7f3a8
